It’s definitely not easy in the beginning but it’s most definitely worth it in the end.
Staying healthy doesn’t have to be a chore. Once you get into the groove of things then you’ll be perfectly fine.
I started incorporating more fruits and veggies into my diet. The fruits were easy but I had to work up to the veggies. Needless to say I don’t really like them.
If you’re not playing any sports then try running a few times out of the week. It won’t kill you. Running helps build endurance and it also aids in weight loss.
